Professional Contract Formation
Assignment and Parties. As of the 20th day of September, 2015 (the ‘Effective Date’), this unilateral contract (the ‘Agreement’) is created and entered between Wayne Family Inc., (company name, hereafter deemed as ‘Client’), possessing a station of business at 12 Melrose Place and The Worker under a continuing education program (hereafter deemed as ‘Employee’). The agreement is based on the establishment of a working relationship between the Employee seeking to pursue further studies while working and the respective family business.
Goals
According to the conditions of this contract, Wayne Family Inc. will employ said Individual within the position (Title) launched on (Start Date) or from the (Beginning Date) to (End Date). Without a culmination date, the contract will continue to operate until its date of cancellation by either party. The terms for cancellation of the agreement constitute part of the respective contract.
- In definition, a ‘fixed term’ contract must include the conditions for renewal of the agreement (Burrows & Peel, 2010). For instance, The Employee can assert that the contract undergo an automatic renewal at the culmination of every period if not cancelled by either party. If The Employee decides on automatic renewal, then he or she must particularize that neither entity can reject renewal; that is, causing the agreement to end solely when either party decides to cancel it.
Time
The time for reporting at the business premises is 8.00 a. m. from Monday to Friday. Nevertheless, the closing time will be at 3.00 p. m. on the respective days. Employees will undergo compensation for work time, which surpasses the normal work hours with time off at a degree of 1.5 hours for every surplus hour worked. Employees in a continuing education program must inform the Supervisor of their classes. The premises will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Leave
Employees are only allowed for leave in periods that coincide with their annual examinations in accordance with the policy of the organization. The Employee is not only entitled to pay within the first period of leave within the year.

Obligations and Responsibilities
The obligations and responsibilities will be illustrated within an attached position depiction, which must be seen as ‘section of this agreement’, or an explanation of the obligations and responsibilities may be inculcated into the main part of this contract (Haggard, 2007).

Restrictions

The Employee must only give termination of work to the Supervisor by providing a notice of two weeks prior to asserting permanent or indefinite leave.
The Employee will notify the Supervisor of changes to his or her schedule about the education program.
