1. Goes to his preferred bank’s nearest branch
2. Goes to the customer care desk to enquire about opening an account in the bank

 

1. Gives applicant form to fill in personal details
2. Directs applicant to the accounts clerk

 

1. Reads the form and agrees to the terms and conditions
2. Returns the filled in form with copy a of his/her driving license or National ID or passport attached

 

1. Enters information into the population database
2. Checks the validity of the information in population database
3. Takes finger prints of applicant biometrically then manually and enters them into the banks database

 

1. Takes complete form to the bank’s branch manager

 

1. Stamps the form to approve it after ascertaining its validity
