This landmark feature is important, as explained by a professor at Beijing Forestry University, Lei Guangchun. Based on his knowledge on environmental science and climate, he opines that the river is crucially important because it play a critical role in balancing global ecosystems. Recommendations discussed by experts indicate that more measures should be implemented to protect those wetlands.

The article provides a brief detail about the effects of the increasing global warming that has not only been noted in China but all around the globe. The measures taken to curb this degradation and global desertification include emission cuts.

China has embraced cultural diversity as an effect of globalization. This nation has continuously supported the need for global culturalization. Owing to the shrinkage of boundaries and the increase in life demands, communities have become more receptive to globalization (Yao and Yueh 14). At the center stage, China has been continued with its endeavors of establishing a deeper cultural heritage and traditions. This has been done using knowledge retrieved from European countries. Through this action, China has continued to play an important role in the global scene as a nation that is connected to the world through culture and commerce (Sally 34). The importance of this acceptance of globalization is because China shares its boundaries with several nations. This has motivated the Chinese government to establish and implement measures that allow the nation to interact with their neighboring countries amicably.

In terms of cultural heritage, China is considered as having one of the richest cultures in the world. Their cultural practices are exemplified through their ceremonies, events, food, dresses, and music. Hence, with the dynamic wealth of culture, the nation is grounded on a strong foundation in terms of societal norms and beliefs (Sally 35). Globalization has had a transformative effect in many nations globally with China topping the list. As more people migrate in search of the better opportunities, cultural diffusion has been the resulting effect. An outcome caused by this diffusion is eradication of minority culture through the adoption of Westernized concepts (Yao and Yueh 20). For instance, in China, a pertinent issue that has become part of the debate on globalization and culturalization is the eradication of the Tibet culture. Through this example, it is evident to state that globalization has had a significant effect on China and its culture.

Globalization has been the main factor contributing to economic progression of China. According to economists, this has been through the creation of various dimensions of trade. This translates to the fact that more Chinese products are being sold around the globe. Hence, this has increased foreign exchange and creating awareness amongst the China people (Sally 38). Diversification of culture, which is a product of globalization, has strengthened the work force in China (Yao and Yueh 26). This is through providing it with new opportunities, options, and way of performing particular tasks.

Education comprises one of the fundamental facets in the Chinese nation negatively impacted by globalization. According to China Academy of Social Sciences, westernization of Chinese education has introduced new concepts into the curriculum (Liu and Tao 56). Clothing styles have also changed from the conservative traditional Chinese wear that includes coats and cheongsams to more casual looks such as jeans and t-shirts. In conclusion, globalization and cultural diversification have varied effects on China and the global community. The positive attributes outweigh the negative effects. However, it is imperative for Chinese people to preserve their culture. This is primarily because their culture is a representation of their heritage. Thus, it is essential for the future generations to understand and acknowledge this truth. Scholars are charged with the sole responsibility of ensuring that intercultural communication is observed and deterred from dissolving the true meaning and authenticity of Chinese culture.
