I was unable to maintain focus on the teacher, I constantly failed to submit assignments, and my body felt fatigued throughout the day. Furthermore, I also participated in answering several oral questions and this improved my understanding of the lesson. I also found that my short-term memory had improved significantly.

The main goals of the workout exercise were as follows. One, it was designed to improve my self-esteem and self-worth since I had put on a bit of weight and I was not particularly happy with my current form. After the workout regime was complete, I identified a significant change I my physique as well as my energy levels. The other significant objective of the workout program was to rid the body of toxins. During the exercises, I adopted a deeper breathing technique that promoted the simultaneous uptake of higher oxygen volumes and discharge of waste gases. In the presence of increased oxygen and water consumption, I was able to reduce the toxin levels in my body.

In terms of the level of success, I can confidently state that I achieved nearly all my set objectives. My performance within the classroom and outside the academic context had transformed drastically. I was able to carry out activities that demanded great physical exertion. Most importantly, I was relieved that I had made the sustainable and appropriate decision that would contribute greatly towards good health in the later years.

In conclusion, I am certain of the following things. One, taking up the working out program was one of the decisions that have changed me forever. The physical exercises were tiring and complicated but they have restored my full energy and functioning. Furthermore, a physical program is relatively cost free as well as enjoyable.
