The interview proceedings had three participants who offered detailed information regarding their professions. The first interviewee was a woman who works with the First National Bank of Lawrence County. Being in the company for twenty-four years, she occupies the positions of a vice president and loan officer. Conversely, the second candidate is a lifeguard in St. Bernard’s Health and Wellness Center. Having worked in the medical organization for close to a year, he ranked the level of his job satisfaction as four out of ten points.
The last participant was an Indonesian native who is the leader of the shipping division in State Oil and Natural Gas Mining Company. In order to get particular details related to the set presumptions, the interrogation consisted of similar questions. This included factors contributing to the participants’ levels of job satisfaction with regard to various situations in their workplace. These events also entailed circumstances when the interviewees were least content with their profession. Furthermore, the interview sought to identify the factors leading to their job retention as well as their appreciation of comfortable working environments with comparison to monetary benefits.
While suggesting factors that cause employees to acquire job satisfaction, the three candidates offered related answers.
