My understanding of the management responsibilities through resource management, project management, and documenting procedures was improved.

  • Exceptional communication skills: I am an articulate communicator who understands the different communication forms and styles necessary when interacting with colleagues and customers. This I acquired through attending seminars that address the importance and effects of communication skills in an organization.
  • Previous experience in Business Administration and Human Resource: I have one-year experience working as a business administration intern for a plastic manufacturing company where I was providing customer service at registers, the lay-by counter and in the Human Resource Management Office where I was in charge of document filing and update.
  • Great attention to detail: My previous Human Resource duties have required high attention to detail that includes controlling business operations, file management, sales reconciliation, and customer interaction.


Beyond my qualifications and capabilities, I am a dedicated and dependable individual and have been commended for my interpersonal skills and engaging personality. My motivations include learning new things, the challenge of meeting the needs of an organization, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. In addition to my extensive office experience, I have strong organizational skills, a commitment to providing excellent customer service, excellent marketing skills, and I am able to work independently and within a team environment (British Qualifications, 1995). My broad background and experience make me an excellent candidate for this position.
