- Workplace violations and racial discrimination has become a global issue and the most relevant example is the Latinos in America who have suffered these issues due to illegal immigration. According to the recent census report, there are over 11 million illegal immigrants in the United States. 57 % of them originate from Mexico.
- The fear is the major reason why the Latinos are suffering for workplace violation, robbery and discrimination, as they do not want to involve law enforcement agencies, as they believe that they or their family members will be deported due to their illegal immigration. Precisely, over 50% of illegal immigrants are victims of robberies in various parts of the country. They are targeted due to their vulnerability yet that is illegal under existing laws.

However, despite their desire to seek gainful employment, 22% of Latino workers suffer workplace discrimination, which affects their productivity. In most cases, this scenario causes redundancies and duplication of roles resulting in slow growth of jobs.
