Presidential candidate: Hilary Clinton

Her greatest trait is being liberal. She has been ranked as the one of the most liberal leaders. Her style approach is appealing as she used youtube to announce her aspirations to run for president. She plans to make reforms in energy, foreign policy, tax, and education. She had a good contingency approach. Her best approach would be to use her traits.

Delaware Governor candidate: Lacey Lafferty

Her trait approach is being motherly. She writes simple messages to inspire people and help them get through adversities in life. Writing simple messages is her style approach, where she can connect with people. She has the vision to eliminate lame leadership and to preserve the Constitution. Her best approach would be her motherly trait.

California Senate candidate: Kamala Harris

Her trait approach is being a fighter for justice, as an attorney. She plans to conduct grassroots campaigns as her style approach. As for her contingency approach, she plans to restore the justice system and address issues such as balanced wages and education. Her best strategy would be her contingency approach.

Nebraska Congress candidate: John Bacon

His greatest trait is being disciplined, as he is a former military officer. His contingency approach includes bringing in a conservative change in Nebraska. His best style would be his trait approach because the military tends to be organized, and he will bring harmony and organization in Nebraska’s leadership.

Boyertown School Board President Candidate: Barbara Hartford

Barbara’s trait approach is being motherly and a finance professional. Her style and contingency approach is providing affordable and excellent education. The best approach to use would be her contingency and style.

Question 2

Last week I had an altercation with a colleague. She had locked my office and left with the keys. Hence, I could not access my car keys. The next morning I argued with her for the inconvenience. The human resource officer solved the conflict by sitting us down and having my colleague explain why she had locked the office. The situation could have been handled well if I had come and calmly addressed the issue. Communicating in a calm tone is important as it prevents messy confrontations.
