Strength Finder Insight

            One of my major strengths is based in the attribute of intellection. Upon any discussion that gathers momentum on intellect and requires thinking, I am drawn towards it. I enable understanding of process used in achieving results, making necessary changes in order to solve particular problems, and understanding the reason for occurrences. On the intellection, I dedicate personal time to deliberate on issues and pose subsequent questions to answer, based on the findings. In addition, I am a disciplined person. I believe am a controlled person through my behavior choices and manner of working, approach to issues and lifestyle. The strength is enabled by self-control within the confines of my jurisdiction as a student and as a leader. It is exemplified by taking the best course or process of action, behavior, communication, and decision-making aligned with my personal aims.

            Through individualization, one of my core strengths is determining the central concept on a person’s reaction, responses, and behavior. I prefer narrowing down to the individual level without generalizations in order to attain maximum information and understanding as possible. I also prefer competition within my area of jurisdiction. It enables my double output and improved productivity due to the challenge posed by other individuals. It also helps create a self-analysis aspect within me. Competition helps me prosper in acquiring new ideas, thoughts, perspectives, and momentum. Finally, I am a focus individual. Through concentration and determination, I maintain my interest within a particular point and achieve from it before taking on another thing. Being focused determines my input towards the goal and objective of the process and increases the probability of success. It also helps maintain my self-discipline and challenges in the process.
