It is vital for the leadership management in linking the strategy identified into the culture developed starting from the top to the bottom. The leaders have to strengthen the vertical and horizontal dimensions with the workforce. Sinha (17) notes that it increases cooperation, reliability, uplift of the worker’s input and strategic placing on the overall. The leaders should change the links into mission-driven kind by involvement and taking up of suggestions and participation. Secondly, the synergy developed from the leadership culture should be maximized and managed around it while reformulating the culture. In addition, the execution of the culture strategy should be driven through the workforce as opposed to development from the leaders. It reduces chances of opposition within the staff and departmental specializations within the company.
