Educating them and making sure, they know the conditions reduces the risks for them being in problems. The idea of the compliance requirements ensures that the company act responsibly. It gives them a sense of direction on what should be their next step. They all have some unique and diverse talents that benefit the company. After employees are trained to be diverse, they can get promotions, better employment opportunities and possibly a high salary.
As the time progresses, ways and traditions of a company also change. When these changes happen, the company cannot decide to employ new employees, but rather it can coach the existing one of the new ways. Coaching the employees benefits the company b reducing the costs on employing new ones and saving time to look for other employees. DirecTV can coach their employees on the progressing changes that are made in the company. Recently, DirecTV has become the subsidiary of AT&T. Therefore, this means that the company will have to coach its employees on the new strategies formed by their new ‘parent.’ The organization will gain employees with many ideas and familiar with their new position as a company. On the other hand, the employees will have experienced new ways of doing their work making it easier to be in AT&T. The organization here works with the employees to attain new goals, action plan, and timeline (Alvord 2012). The supervisor will not only be the employees superior but can also be their confidant.
