Customer Service Assistant

            As the HR Manager of a company, I would look for the following five places in recruiting a front office, customer service assistant: communication, interest, teamwork, numeric ability, and experience. Communication is viable since the post requires handling of clients and acquiring a means of understanding on behalf of the organization. Interest is viable since the post of customer service assistant is not more of descriptive into the role, but an attitude-approach towards its requirement for success. Teamwork qualification is important in the recruitment as the post demands alignment of represented values on behalf of the company (Martin, 2009). The post is the initial selling point to the customers and source of trust. Numeric ability refers to the ease of dealing with vital figures n securing the hands of customers. The holder has to be swift and decisive within an instant. Experience is crucial as it eliminates chances of errors, strain, and negative approach.     

Production Line

            As the HR Manager and interested in recruiting a production line workers, the following five places would be most suitable, flexibility, income demands, communication, responsibility and accountability. Flexibility determines the extent of working hours according to respective change of demands that the company faces from customers. Income demands are critical in facilitating the workers’ role within their mandate and expected remuneration since they show the attitude and approach towards the work. Martin (2009) states that, communication is vital in showing whether the worker can take command of authority given to fruition, without objection, disregard, or bias. Responsibility sets apart the worker in order for them to won up on their roles without laying blame on anyone. It is an added advantage. Accountability shows the worker’s inept standards of expectations and growth within the company.
