The purpose is to turn this thesis into 2 publishable papers. We have to do some kind of summary of the thesis.

The thesis studied the reasons that pushed restaurants to close and compared the results with the reasons that kept successful restaurants operating. Therefore, interviews were conducted with failed and successful businessmen.

The first paper that I would like to come up from this thesis, will be focusing only on the Failed Restaurants: Abstract, Introduction, Literature Reviews, Methodology, Findings and Conclusion.

Once this is over, we will work on another paper studying successful restaurants only.

The paper should be divided as follows:

1. Abstract (font 8’): 1 paragraph with paper introduction, procedure and methodology, results. And at the end Key Words.

• Introduction (font 12’): 2 pages maximum. Only mention the things related to failed restaurants.

• Literature Review (font 12’): 4 to 5 pages maximum. Only talking about failed restaurants.

• Procedures and Methodology (font 12’): 2 to 3 pages maximum: talking about the data collected, hypothesis, research questions, …

• Findings (font 12’): 3 to 4 pages maximum.

• Conclusion and Recommendations (font 12’): 2 pages.

• References.

Total 15 to 17 pages.
