            The lifestyle choice of an individual is critical in overall health and well-being of the person despite the differences in race, gender, ethnicity, background, body forms, and beliefs. The aspects encountered within the health survey include nutrition and exercise, management of stress and relationships as well as life’s purpose. The differential aspects are inter-related and affect each other on every basis. They are responsible for the overall outcome when an individual is said to be healthy and leading a purposeful lifestyle. The consequences of failing to address the above aspects in life can lead to hazardous living, illnesses, trauma, and subsequent death. It is therefore important for analysis of each aspect in relation to the preferential choices by individuals and their consequences. 

              The most fundamental aspect of healthy lifestyle choices surveyed is the nutrition and exercise. A healthy consumer should be able to know the rightful amounts of each intake consumed the type and durations as required by the body. Different individuals have varied metabolic systems and therefore required specific amounts for particular functioning. For example, through the analysis of the survey I learnt that diets are both balanced and unbalanced depending on the amounts guaranteed within the natural forms of foods and their translated basic proportions of sugars, carbohydrates, vitamins, and proteins. It is within human’s possibility to avail the required amounts at regular levels in order to ensure that there is no form of deficiency within the body. Consequently, without proper advice, research, and keenness on the same, several results can range into unhealthy diets and the effects realized.

                Apart from the dietary concerns, the translated effects are realized in the form of weight and need for exercise in the body. After the digestion process is availed within metabolic systems, the utilization is then transported to the general systems for uptake. The rest of unwanted matter is taken as waste, fats, and store amino acids. Therefore, weight of the body is dependent on the remnants of the above especially with stored fats. Exercise becomes vital for maintenance of the body weight according to the individual’s BMI rates. It enabled my understanding of the need to exercise on a regular in order to shed the unwanted fats, which are stored in the body and are potential hazards to my health. For example, simple regular walks rather than public transportation or use of bicycle and extended forms of manual enablement is advised.   

            A greater impact on healthy lifestyle choices is developed through dependence on any form of substance. Through the survey, I realized that it is not easy for any individual to accept dependence on even the simplest form s of drugs and alcohol. For example, the occasional and regulated amounts of alcohol content within a span of regular intervals can affect the dependency level into graduated forms of addiction. In addition, perceived dependence on forms like nicotine is enabled through secondary smoking. The elevated levels are responsible for alterations in the body’s functioning at the minimal level especially initial stages. Consequently increased forms of dependence then increase susceptibility of unhealthy living into affect from illnesses, acquired complications and several hazards to the body. Without acceptance and proper rectification on dependence habits that are acquired, several of the people lead unhealthy lifestyles due to the choices made.

            Management of stress contributes to the healthy living of an individual. Stress is the accumulated response towards a stressor either through psychological or biological delivery. I realized that stress could take the form of varied dimensions depending on the source. For example, a simple scale within the requirements of a student’s demands of education is responsible for heightened anxiety. In addition, the need for efficient and enabled communication in a relationship can also add to the sources of stressors between individuals without much realization. From the analysis of the survey, management of stress takes the critical dimension as opposed to prevention of the source. For example, by ensuring efficient and transparent communication between partners can signify strengthened resolve and prevent stress from development. In turn, when stress is managed well, healthy lifestyle is achieved as opposed to complications arising.

               Finally, the least focused aspect of the lifestyle dimension as depicted by the survey is an individual’s purposeful living as well as well-being. According to the measures enablement, majority of the people living do not know their purpose nor have an idea of entailed well-being. I was surprised to note that I included, have limited ability to determine my life’s purpose and responsibility towards the environment, surroundings, and other people. The survey then enabled understanding of well-being in holistic approach as it determines proper lifestyle choices, which facilitate healthy living. For example, knowing that am responsible for the earth’s environment and that my actions enable it sustainability or degradation, was quite informative. Therefore, simple changes to routines and activities are important such as carpooling, taking showers s opposed to baths and using of renewable energy sources at home can help sustain the environment and create healthy living conditions.
