First, my profile shows that I am in the center between people and material things. I have learned to value people and material, which may be significant in developing an organization. Secondly, my profile shows that I am more of a situation person. I limit my relationships to other parts of my life. However, that does not mean that I cannot relate to others in times when the event occurring needs it. Thirdly, I see success as something that can only be accomplished through the opportunities provided by the future rather than offered by my experiences. Following this, I am also convinced that I am in total control over the direction of my life and my future. My destiny truly lies in my hands. Fifth, my profile shows that I prefer a less formal place. I prefer settings that allow one to be open with their emotions and feelings. This further shows that I do not like strict work environments. Sixth, I can be rather choosy when it comes to relating with other people. I love privacy and as such, will go to great lengths to protect myself from the invasion of other people. Additionally, my profile reveals that I have trouble when it comes to talking about my emotions. Even though I may prefer an open setting, it does not mean that I have to be clear about my feelings. However, even though I am private, the few relationships that I value do assist me in making good decisions and verdicts concerning different matters. The profile further shows that I value time more than people do when it comes to planning activities. Since I love an open environment, I also value settings that support direct communication. In such situations, people can be open about themselves, and this helps me very much. Moreover, I feel as if I am responsible to other people in my group and environment. Lastly, I believe that one can achieve whatever he or she wants without necessarily depending on factors such as status or wealth or even education.
